Return & Refund Policy – The Sea Moss Bruja
At Roses Love Holistic Bodega, LLC. The Sea Moss Bruja, DBA. we take great pride in providing high-quality, made-to-order & handcrafted wellness products. Due to the perishable and personal nature of our offerings especially sea moss gels and herbal blends all sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters to us. Please review our policy below:
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable products (e.g., sea moss gel, smoothies, teas, tinctures, etc.) for safety and health reasons. Please reach out to us if there is a problem with your order we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:
• The item arrives damaged or spoiled
• The package is lost in transit
• You received the wrong item
To be eligible, please email us at seamossbodega@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
• A clear photo of the product and packaging
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
We’ll assess the situation and offer either a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.
Weather, Shipping Delays, and Handling
We ship orders with care and package temperature-sensitive items with insulation and ice packs when necessary. However, we cannot control third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) or weather conditions.
To help avoid issues:
• Track your shipment closely after receiving your tracking info.
• Choose expedited shipping if you’re in a hot climate or during summer months.
We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed pickups or deliveries outside our control. Jars must be allowed to set in the fridge for 24 hours once received. It is important to refrigerate and keep refrigerated for maximum freshness. Here at The Sea Moss Bruja we do not add preservatives to any of our products. We believe that if nature has handed us a healing tool that we should try to keep it and use it in its most organic form.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. After that time, we begin preparing your items and cannot offer a cancellation.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
