At The Sea Moss Bruja, we are committed to ensuring your order is crafted with care and delivered safely. Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our products—especially our fresh sea moss gels and herbal blends—our shipping process operates with intentionality and care.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. This turnaround time allows us to:
• Properly clean, soak, and blend our sea moss to ensure maximum quality and freshness.
• Prepare your order fresh to order, rather than mass-producing or storing batches.
If you need expedited processing, please contact us at the email provided below and we will do the best we can to expedite your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes:
• 1–3 business days (via USPS Priority Mail or similar services)
• 2–5 business days for standard shipping options
We currently ship within the United States only.
Weather & Carrier Conditions
Due to the perishable nature of our products, especially sea moss gels:
• We are not responsible for delays or spoilage caused by extreme weather, postal carrier delays, or delivery to unattended addresses.
• We strongly recommend that someone be available to receive the package at the time of delivery, especially in hot climates.
• If you’re in a warm region or ordering during the summer, we encourage expedited shipping for optimal product condition.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, it is no longer under our control. We cannot issue refunds for:
• Delays caused by USPS or other third-party shipping providers
• Packages marked “delivered” but not received
• Items damaged due to weather exposure during transit or late retrieval
If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
Local Pickup & Delivery
We offer local pickup in Lakeland, Winter Haven or Miami-area delivery at select events or upon arrangement. Availability will be noted at checkout or on our social media pages.
